Cain's Creekside RV Park, LLC

The Cain Family sold both parks on February 27th of 2023

We are not affiliated with Cains RV Park nor are we affiliated with Cains RV and MHP, LLC.

We will miss all of our customers and we would like to say thank you for allowing us to serve you. The time has come for us to slow down and enjoy our farm.  Karen, Justin, and Dustin are enjoying a little free time and concentrating on producing quality beef cattle. Our herd of cows is approaching 100 and it consist of red polled registered brahman cattle along with some black angus cattle.

As time passes so do our plans. We have heard from so many of our former customers asking us to build another all new RV Park. You have spoken in such an encouraging way. For this we say - thank you. We know what good folks are looking for in a first class campground.

Also,we are already missing all of the great folks that enjoyed staying with us and the good friends we made over the years.

Between listening to many of our customers and friends and Justin getting bored on the farm we have decided to build & develop another RV Park.

The zoning, planning, surveying & engineering will take up to about 90 days. Once all this is out of the way we will start the actual construction process which will take about 6 months to complete.

Sincerely & Respectfully,

Rodney, Karen, Justin & Dustin Cain ..................................................................................

Our all new park will be a fully licensed Park Regulated & Inspected by Lowndes County & The State of Georgia.

We will have all the necessary things for a good life and in a much less crowded environment than the RV Parks in Big Cities.  We are less than 30 miles north of the GA/FL State Line. Because of our location our good weather conditions are second to none and especially if one does not like cold ice and snow.  We are the small, clean, quiet, and secure rv park you have been looking for. If you are a good and quiet camper, we welcome you.
